Services that have been partially completed are non-refundable as they reflect work already performed. To request a refund, you must contact us at jasper@paramountrelations.com within 7 days of service delivery, providing a detailed explanation of the issue and the specific services involved.

For monthly subscription services, cancellations require a 30-day written notice. Refunds will not be provided for any period where the service was available but not utilized. Engagements can be canceled by either party with appropriate notice, as specified in your service agreement. Paramount Relations must be informed of any cancellation intent within a specified period, typically before the next billing cycle. Should a project be finalized or in progress, you may be ineligible for a refund depending on the stage of completion.

Additionally, if a client fails to provide necessary cooperation or delays feedback beyond the agreed timelines, Paramount Relations reserves the right to either extend the project timeline or prioritize other projects. Clients who do not request a refund within 7 days of a deliverable submission waive their right to such a refund.
